Waroo is a bust, but started a new one! The above is my new one called Sunset on the Butte.
I am using the same brand of yarn I designated for the Waroo, but in a different coloration. It is now getting lighter so that it will start having a striped look. I'm not to the really lighter purple (nearly pink) yet, but just about in a few more stitches. I am looking forward to seeing just how it works out.
I didn't want to change colors. I just wanted to keep banging on until I finished. I did purchase another skein so I can actually make it in it's full glory!
My yarn looks more like a northern sunset rather than a southern sunset! No orange like the other shawl.

The steps out front are finished! I gave away the queen bed that was in the rec room, and they are coming to pick up a dining room set and the grill! I am trying to make room to move around where there is none!
My younger brother sent seeds for my birthday, as well as a bag of Stella de Oro Daylilies! I'm so excited!! I plan on planting them this week, and spreading the seeds, too. I'm so surprised each year at just how many Shasta Daisies and California Poppies are growing around the sides of the roads here. It seems someone must be sprinkling them each year, and of course they self seed - so it is becoming a spectacular scene all over Sequim.
Can't wait to get mine new presents planted!
