Nothing to report…working on the scarf still…but here are some photos!

So, thought I would share some things I like…this is a catio to keep a cat safe outdoor, with an indoor space.  It has climbing stairs and plants to help shade the space.  I love it!

This is going to be a project I put together for the deck!  I actually think it is something I can do by myself, and love the way it looks.

This is my Tommy Socks up on the neighbor's roof last summer.  Spooky eyes!

And this is a wall of plants from a house in Spain I think.  I just think this is such an awesome idea.  Hooks in the way where you can put the plants out during temperate times and bring in if you have to…and you can water them in place!

Found some squares from one of Margaret's mystery afghans from two years ago…(Mugginsquilts on Ravelry) so am going to put them together soon.  That might be in the next post.  Also the finished scarf. Sure am enjoying the yarn.

Have a great evening!

Last Hat, New Scarf

This is the Patriot themed hat for my nephew John.  The pom has silver in it, not white.  Glad to have them finished, but have to say (again) that I really do love this pattern. Might try my hand at making something different but similar.

This is my side yard. The lilac, azalea and dogwood can be see all lined up. Very pretty!

I am making another infinity scarf for me.  It's about 7" across in Malabrigo Rios. Don't remember the color name, but I think it is gorgeous. Love all the colors as it will go with so many different outfits.  It is a simple hdc and sc across on even numbered stitches.  Super cozy scarf when all is said and done.

Lastly my beautiful pink azalea.  The yard looks glorious this time of year!  I have three pink dogwoods and a lot of purple and pink flowers.

Enjoy your day!

Beanie and Blooms

After sending the hats to the kids….now am making hats for the parents!

This is one is for Megan.   I am not working on the hat for John…trying to make it look more like a Patriot's beanie for football season.  It's darker than the one for their son Jack.

If you ever want to make a beanie I'd suggest this pattern…Backcountry Beanie.  I think it works up a little large so keep that in mind.  It really is a great pattern!!

Just thought I'd throw in a photo of my pink dogwood tree that is in full bloom as an added delight.

Have a great day!
